Terms of Service
The deal, in plain English.
Effective June 10, 2026. On Paper is operated by Reclaimed Ventures LLC, Conway, Arkansas. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What On Paper is
On Paper turns your conditions of supervision into a personal schedule and sends you reminders before deadlines. It also answers questions based on the conditions you uploaded and helps you prepare for meetings with your supervising officer.
What On Paper is not
On Paper is not a lawyer, a law firm, or legal advice. It is not your parole or probation officer, and it does not speak for the court, the parole board, or any agency. Information in the app, including AI-generated answers, can be incomplete or wrong. Always verify anything important against your paperwork and with your supervising officer. For legal questions, talk to a lawyer or a public defender.
You stay responsible
Your compliance with your conditions is yours alone. Reminders depend on the accuracy of the document you upload, the conditions you confirm, the dates you enter, and your phone and email staying reachable. A missed, late, or incorrect reminder does not excuse a missed obligation. Treat On Paper as a backup for your own diligence, not a replacement for it.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to your email can access your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current, especially your phone number and timezone.
Acceptable use
Do not use On Paper to break the law, to harass anyone, to probe or disrupt the service, to access another person's data, or to resell access. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or burden it in ways that degrade it for others.
Text messages
By verifying your phone number you consent to receive compliance reminder texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out does not pause your real-world obligations.
The pilot
Pilot accounts are free, and accounts created during the pilot stay free. We ask pilot participants for a few short feedback conversations. The service may change, gain features, or have rough edges during the pilot.
No warranties
On Paper is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Reclaimed Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for consequences of supervision decisions made by you or about you, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, which for pilot users is zero.
Your data
Your privacy matters more than usual here. How we collect, protect, and delete your information is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
Changes
If these terms change in any meaningful way, we will tell you in the app and by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use On Paper after that means you accept the new terms.
